There are two ways to assign a mini header.
Globally assign mini header
To assign a mini header globally, navigate to the admin panel > Appearance > Customize > Header and Footer > Mini Header. You will find some panels under this as follows.
General: General mini header settings for assign mini header for all over your website. You can see the Mini header section selection option select the mini header section.
Page: When you have setup mini header global level from general section but you want to assign different mini header style for all pages then use this option and click on “Off” general mini header. To know more see below image and select mini header section and assigned for all pages.

Note: Same settings will work for post single, post archive, Default posts/Blog home, Product single, Product archive/shop, and portfolio.
Individual assign mini header from post, page, portfolio
You can also change the mini header for a single post, page, and portfolio as per your needs for the following steps below.
Single Post: Go to admin panel >Posts > All Posts and select the template that you want to edit or change mini header.
After opening the post you will see the Litho post setting.
Go to Header and Footer > Mini header section > Select mini header section.

Page: Go to admin panel > Pages > All pages and choose the page that you want to edit or change mini header style.
After opening the page you will see the Litho page setting.
Go to Header and Footer > Mini header section > Select mini header section.

Portfolio: Go to admin panel > Portfolio > All projects and choose the project that you want to edit or change mini header style.
After opening the project you will see the Litho portfolio setting.
Go to Header and Footer > Mini header section > Select mini header section.
