All mini headers are managed by section builder so that you can easily create mini headers using section builder post type.
For that Go to admin panel > Section builder > Add new > and select mini header as a type of template.
You can add different content such as social icons, contact details, sale details, navigation menu in the mini header as per your requirement. After creating a mini header template, you will redirect to the elementor.
Once you publish the mini header, select the “Sticky” type from the mini header section.
For that navigate to the WordPress admin panel > Section builder > All Template > mini header and choose that mini header template that you want to edit.
This way you can create and set up a mini header.
