By default smooth scroll will be disabled in the newly installed Litho theme.
To enable smooth scroll, please Go to the admin panel > Appearance > Customize > General Theme Options and choose other settings > Page scroll.
Select “ON” from the page smoothly scroll option and click on the “Publish” button.
